GENERAL INFORMATION
This document ("Privacy Policy") concerns Raw Power Labs ApS, CVR no. 44988151 with
registered address at Jorcks Passage 1 A 2, 1162 Copenhagen K ("Raw Power Labs,"
"we," or "us") and sets out Raw Power Labs' policy regarding the collection and
processing of personal data when we act as data controller. This Privacy Policy covers the
processing of personal data that takes place when you visit our website or use our contact form.
The Privacy Policy describes the purposes and legal basis for our processing of your
personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and
unless otherwise stated, this Privacy Policy uses definitions of terms as set out in the
GDPR.
Raw Power Labs is the data controller for the processing of personal data. Raw Power

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR WEBSITE VISITORS
2.1 When you visit our website, we process the following personal data about you:
IP-address (only at the data processor)
Geographic location on a national basis
2.2 We process the data in order to administer the website, perform simple analyses and
conduct nationwide marketing (without tracking individual website users).
2.3 The processing is based on a legitimate interest in making simple analyses and
nationwide marketing. The processing is therefore carried out in accordance with Article
6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. No cookies or similar technologies are
placed when you just visit the website.
2.4 We store your personal data until there is no longer a legitimate purpose for continued
storage.
3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN USING THE CONTACT FORM
3.1 When you use our contact form, we process the following information about you:

Email
Industry ("Gaming," "AI," or "Other")
Text entered in the contact field
3.2 We process your personal data to ensure that interested customers or users can get in
touch with us.
3.3 The processing is based on a legitimate interest in being able to contact customers and
users. The processing is therefore carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the
General Data Protection Regulation.
3.4 We store your personal data until there is no longer a legitimate purpose for continued
storage and no longer than one year after the contact form has been submitted.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR CUSTOMERS
4.1 When you are a customer, we process the following information about you:
Name
E-mail
Telephone number
4.2 We process your personal data to administer a customer relationship, and so that our
games can be tested.
4.3 The legal basis for the processing of personal data obtained from references is Article
6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, concerning processing that is necessary
for a legitimate interest in testing our games.
4.4 Until there is no longer an objective need for continued retention, and immediately upon
termination of the agreement.
5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN RECRUITMENT
5.1 When you apply for a position with us, we collect and process the following personal data
that you have submitted in your application or otherwise provide to us in connection with
the recruitment process:
Name
Address
Date of birth
Photograph, if submitted with the application
Telephone number
E-mail
Educational background
Previous employment
Information included in correspondence
References
CPR number (Danish civil registration number)
Other information appearing in the CV and/or application
If necessary, as part of processing the application - and depending on whether you
share such personal data with us - we may process special category of personal
data concerning trade union membership or health
5.2 We process your personal data for the purpose of recruiting employees.
5.3 The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or for carrying out
measures prior to entering into a contract. The processing is therefore carried out
pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The legal basis for
the processing of personal data obtained from references is Article 6(1)(f) of the General
Data Protection Regulation, concerning processing that is necessary for a legitimate
interest in finding the candidate who is best suited for the position. The legal basis for the
processing of CPR number the rules in Section 11(2)(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act,
and to enable us to comply with our statutory reporting obligations under tax legislation.
Finally, the legal basis for the processing of special category of personal data is Article
9(2)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, concerning employment obligations.
5.4 We store your personal data until the recruitment process has been completed and, at the
latest, 6 months from the date you were notified of a rejection.
6. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1 We may disclose your personal data to relevant recipients such as:

6.2 As a general rule, all personal data will be processed within the EU/EEA. However, we
use Google, which may transfer personal data to the United States. In such cases, the
transfer will be based on the Data Privacy Framework.
YOUR RIGHTS
7.1 You are entitled to:
Request access to and further information about the processing of your personal
data
Request that we correct, rectify, complete, or delete the processing of your
personal data.
Have the processing of your personal data restricted if: i) you have contested the
accuracy of the personal data, ii) the processing is unlawful and you have
requested a restriction thereof, iii) we no longer need your personal data for the
original purpose, but we require it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or
iv) an assessment of which consideration outweighs the request for erasure is
ongoing.
Where our processing is automated and based on consent or the performance of a
contract, you have the right to data portability. Data portability means that you can
receive the personal data you have provided us with in a structured, commonly
used, and machine-readable format, and that you have the right to transfer the
personal data to another data controller.
7.2 If you wish to complain about our processing of your personal data, please submit your
complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency. You can read more about the options for

CHANGES
8.1 We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy to ensure that it complies with
